Bath Botanical Gardens
A rather old, gnarled and somewhat decrepit specimen, hidden near a compost heap.
Photographed leafless in February 2008, it clearly had flower buds developing.
I usually find that if one plant is located in a large public garden, then there is often a second nearby. I didn't have time to search further, so perhaps any interested residents of Bath will let me kno
